From Poulton to the International Stage: Abs Aiyas called up for Fiji

All at Poulton would like to send a huge Congratulations and pride to Abdullah “Abs” Aiyas, who has been given the biggest honour in football in being selected to represent his national team Fiji in the upcoming Oceania Tournament.

Abs is on loan at Poulton this season from the fantastic Fleetwood Town International Football Academy (FTIFA), where he is developing exceptionally well in senior football within the UK. Poulton boasts a proud and successful affiliation with FTIFA and this demonstrates yet another example of success from it.

Abs’ hunger and passion for football is unrivalled and he commits everything he does each day to improving and being the best he can be, and this opportunity is fully deserved!
